You are responsible to provide a valid e-mail address and check your spam and junk e-mail folder. You need to show your ticket (in digital or printed form) to gain access to the venue.
Cancellations are possible up to 14 days after purchase, with complete refund, deducted transation fees.
If you cancel your ticket after 14 days after purchase and up to 15 February 2027, a cancellation fee is charged, up to 50% of the price of the ticket.
Cancellations are no longer possible after 15 February 2027.
Draconequus tickets are not refundable after 31 December 2026

Tickets can be requested via form from SpringSunCelebration website; the request will be then manually reviewed, and a reply will be provided via email; if the request is accepted, payment methods will be provided. Once the payment is done, the ticket will be issued.
Populating the form does not represent a form of booking; tickets are ensured only after payment. If the ticket tier you are looking for is sold out before your payment, you will be notified via email.
Attendees under 16 years must be accompanied all the time by a parent or legal guardian. Please note that the hotel could have their own rules for underage guests.
If an underage or adolescent visitor is not accompanied by a/their parent/s but by a third person, they have to carry a written declaration signed by the parents or by the person who is by law having parental authority to confirm that third person is having custody.
We might exclude visitors who break the convention rules without any refund. Make sure you have read the rules of conduct
