Arriving by Plane
The closest airport to the venue is the Aeroporto di Bologna “Guglielmo Marconi”. Once landed, reaching the venue is very easy! Go to the Marconi Express Station just outside the airport and hop on the Marconi Express train that will take you to Bologna Central Station! The service is active from 5:40 AM until midnight with 8 runs per hour in both directions! Full info about the service here.
Once reached the central station, you’re just a 10 minutes walk from the venue!
If you come from outside of Italy, it’s possible that you will land in a different airport than Bologna, but our tip is to always reach the Bologna Central Station by train or bus.
Arriving by Train
Once you’ve reached the Bologna Central Station, the way for the venue is very easy! Go outside and turn left, follow “Via de’ Carracci” for 550 meters, then you will have to turn right following the same street for another 350 meters. You’ll know you’re in the right path if on your right you will see train rails!
Arriving by Car
The venue has an outdoor parking lot reserved for guests of the hotel. So if you’re staying at least one night, you can drive directly to the venue! Otherwise, the surrounding area is full of both indoor and outdoor parking lots. You could also try to find a spot on the streets to park, good luck with that lol!

Can I pay by cash and/or card?
In the vendor hall each seller can be differently organized. The minicon tickets, merch and items in the internal bar can be paid either with cash or PayPal. The Combo Hotel also accepts both payment types.
Is there food available at the venue itself?
Yes, the Combo Hotel offers a little restaurant and bar service. Services mentioned above will be available to access for all attendees.
How do I receive my ticket badges and perks?
Attendees will be given the items directly upon request at the front desk located at the entrance of the venue staffed during the entire duration of the event.
Are there any time restrictions to enter the event?
The minicon will be open on Friday from 4PM to 11PM, Saturday from 10AM to 11PM and Sunday from 10AM to 7PM.
